Toshop Philippines at the SM Mall of Asia Pasay Manila Philippines. Top Man Top Shop is a British clothing retailer which was founded in 1964. It is currently owned by the Arcadia Group which also has Miss Selfridge and Dorothy Perkins under its umbrella. It has been brought to the Philippines under exclusive distribution of Gokongwei's Robinson's Retail Group. The Power Plant Mall at Rockwell is their best branch with the widest selection for women but we find the Mall of Asia branch to be the best for men.
