Onion pakoda is a common snack available in all places, in hotels and stalls etc. Name may differ from place to place like mangaloreans call it as Neerulli bajje. A simple dish with few ingredients like onion and gram flour are main. Salt, chilli powder and hing, Dhania and jeera are added to enhance the flavour then deep fried in hot oil. Evening Tea or coffee becomes perfect with the onion pakoda.
