I’ve been training for a year and had my first fight! It was technically point Muay Thai, and honestly felt more like kickboxing but it was great! 160-170lb bracket and I cut down to a nice 169.4lbs
I have so much to work on! Hands lowering, balance, everything. I’m usually way way way defensive but being in the heat of battle made me go sloppy aggro! So fun and all love to my opponent! He’s a great guy and a great fighter. Fighting is so great!
We were told there were going to be 2 rounds of 2 minutes but when making this video I realized the rounds were actually shorter! Time to get that cardio up!
