Your Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for Sept. 30, 2022: Sunny skies were finally back to wrap the workweek across NE Ohio...but it won't last for too long. Cloud cover is already streaming inbound and that's all associated with Ian's remnants.
I hate to use the word impact when talking about what Ian will do to NE Ohio as it will do nothing like it did to the state of Florida and the Carolinas. Yes, if you didn't know, Ian made a second landfall today of coastal South Carolina as a category 1 hurricane. As the storm weakens quickly overland, it will influence our forecast this weekend. One, it'll add cloud cover in here...it already is. Two, the winds will be pretty sharp as we go through the weekend. Sustained winds will range from 10-20mph meanwhile we could have gusts up to 30ish.
If you're aiming to put up Halloween decorations for the first weekend of October (which is indeed this weekend), you may want to opt for another day this week because things will be breezy and high temperatures will span from the low to mid-60s.
