1 can garbanzo beans or chickpeas
(Drain, Rinse, and pat dry )
2-3 tbsp maple syrup/per taste
ground cinnamon to taste
pinch of salt
(optional) add 1 tsp olive oil for extra crispiness
Directions:
Drain, rinse and pat dry chickpeas with a paper towel.
Then transfer chickpeas to a bowl, and add maple syrup, salt, and ground cinnamon.
Mix well to coat all the chickpeas.
Line the Air fryer basket with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas in it.
Air Fry at 400 F for 10-12 minutes.
Stir chickpeas halfway through.
Cook until nicely golden and crispy.
The air fryer does vary so adjust cooking time if needed.
