This recipe for Lambs Liver is such a quick and easy meal to have, I realise it’s not going to be to everyone’s taste but be brave and give it a try. Please don’t forget to Like, Share and Subscribe.
Ingredients
Lambs Liver
1 Large Onion or 2 Medium Onions Roughly Chopped
1 Cup of plain (All purpose flour)
Seasoning to taste
Potatoes for Mash
Vegetables of Choice
1 Tablespoon Of Vegetable Oil
Method
Rinse the Lambs Liver Under Cold Running Water
Remove any Membrane on the Liver as this will ensure your Liver is Tender
Roughly Chop Onions
Dip the Lambs Liver in the Seasoned Flour Shake off any excess
In a Frying Pan add the Oil low to Medium Heat
Gently fry the Liver until Liver starts to Brown and turn over and brown other side
When cooked throughout remove and set aside
In the Same Oil add the Chopped Onions and gently fry until softened
Add 1 Tablespoon of Plain flour and mix well with the Onions
Keep mixing to avoid lumps in the gravy
Add 3/4 Pint of Boiled Water
Add a stock cube if you want
Stir until you get the Gravy to your preference
Add the Liver back into the Onion gravy simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
Serve with Mash Potatoes and vegetable of choice
