Sgt. Gio Ramos is a former US Marine Infantryman and a former Navy Corpsman.
Ramos volunteered to be a Combat Medic in Ukraine , when Russia initially invaded Ukraine in 2022. He served with the Ukrainian Foreign Legion and Ukrainian’s 59th Brigade, where he fought in Kyiv and Eastern Ukraine.
In February of 2023, Ramos’s humvee was hit by an Anti-tank Rocket and gave him life changing injuries. Ramos suffered severe head injury and ultimately lost his eye.
Since then Ramos has been stateside working, recovering, and selling patches & challenge coins to pay for his medical bills.
