Use your strength training to become even more flexible! Hear me out! Let me give you two examples. The HANG is great for opening up your shoulders and upper body while testing your upper body strength to keep you working against gravity. The Pistol Squat is really going to challenge your lower body strength but also test your flexibility in keeping you upright, steady, and deep. What do you think?
