Was sent Vitabiotics CBD to try I suffer with anxiety daily so I’m open to try anything to help relive me of it!

Vitabiotics is a well established company it the UKs number 1 vitamin company.
And it holds many awards such as Queens award. It’s been established for over 50years, it was established in the UK in 1971.

So what is CBD? I had to do a little bit of research and found out that it’s know to help with so many issues and they are still discovering things themselves. Cannabidioil is isolated from Hemp.

My first worry was how do I use it and how would it taste?
Well you if your a newbie like me you put 7drops under your younger and then leave for 1minute to absorb. You do that twice a day I do it in the morning and evening. As you become used to it you can increase this to 14 times
Twice a day.

Taste 👅 - there I none its so strange you expect a taste but there is litrally nothing and zero smell. So perfect for me as if it was to have a taste i dont thj k i would be able to use it

Does it work?
Well after using it for a week i would say it slightly helps with the relife of anxiety. Pain wise it has definatly helped with the relif of the pan in my lower back. I am considering increasing It to see if i have better results with improving my anxiety.
