We spent 4 hours in beautiful Page Arizona visiting the very popular Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon Dam.

Horseshoe Bend is a 1.5 mile walk that is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Be warned though - this is one of the most popular attractions we visited during our time in Utah. And, this was a beautiful cool November afternoon that made the weather perfect. But there is no natural shade on this walk so will be hot in the summer! They do provide a few shelters with shade for those that need to rest along the path.

Once leaving Horseshoe Bend, we made our way back to the Cary Hayden Visitor Center at the Glen Canyon Dam. This is a 10 minute ride but we took the time to drive around the town of Page. This was a good size town that has plenty of opportunities for shopping (this was one of our favorite Walmarts ever!) and restaurants.

And we found online the Glen Canyon Dam Overlook and went the few miles back into town to check it out. This is an amazing overlook. There are stairs that take you down approx .20 of a mile to a picnic area and amazing views of the canyon and the dam. The stairs are sometimes dirt and sometimes rock and while not difficult - you definitely notice it going back up!

We camped in Kanab Utah at Grand Plateau RV Resort which was an approx hour away. There are camping opportunities in Page as well. And Page is where the very popular Antelope Canyon is. Also, we had done a previous video on the Glen Canyon Recreation Area when we drove through on our way back from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Glen Canyon is one of the most stunning areas we have seen!
