RECIPE:
2 tins of sardines
1 can of either salmon or tuna or crabmeat etc
1/4 C Porkking Good Cajun pork rind crumbs
2 eggs
2 T mustard
1 tsp Old Bay or favorite seasoning
2 T softened butter
2 oz goat cheese (optional)
Mix all together and then fry in cast iron pan in small patty shape or make into large balls and AirFry 380 degrees for about 10-12 min depending how large or small your balls/patties are.
These freeze well for easy future meals. Just reheat in the air fryer for about 5 min from frozen
