The 2 mile hike through Watkins Glen State Park takes you by 19 waterfalls. You descend the Steps at Jacob's Ladder down into the gorge and ascend at Couch's Staircase as the other end. Part of the Finger Lakes region, the park originally opened in 1863. The Upper Entrance starts at Jacob's Ladder and the parking is easier and your hike will be downhill. $10
