3 Spoons oil
1 Spoon mustard, Urid dal
1 1/2 Spoon toor dal
1 Spoon fennel seeds
3 Onions chopped
10 Garlic smashed
4 Green chilies
3 Tomatoes
1/2 Spoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 Spoon gram dal powder dissolved in water
Some curry leaves and coriander
