Here are the ingredients for today’s recipe

Ingredients:
To season and steam meat
Beef
Wele
Cow Foot
Garlic - 2-4 Cloves or to your taste
Onion - 1/2 Small Onion
Ginger - About two thumb sizes
1 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper
2 - Spice Blend Cube
1 Large Bay Leaf
All Purpose Seasoning or Seasoning of Choice
Salt - tt
Onion to fry meat & fish
To Season Fish
AP Seasoning
Salt
1 tsp of Blended ingredients

You may use any protein of your choice

For Making Stew
4tbsp - Tomato Paste
4-6cups - Tomato Sauce
1 - Large Onion
3 - Medium to Large Onions, cut part and blend the rest
Ginger - About two thumb sizes
2 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Peppers. Or to your taste
3 - Garlic Cloves

Finishing Spices
Cumin - tt
Anise - tt
Sage - tt
Cloves - tt

Use the large onion to fry your meat, do not fry cow foot as that will cause it to melt
