Cubed up a slab of pork belly with skin off. Seasoned them with our Pork’n Rub. Smoked at 250 degrees on my @recteq for 3 hours. Tossed pork belly in a pan with brown sugar, my Original and BBQ Sauce and @HeathRilesBBQ Cherry Apple Habanero glaze. Covered with aluminum foil and back on the smoker for one hour. Remove foil and mix the pork belly around in the sauce mixture. Leave on smoker for 30 minutes for the sauce to set on pork belly bites. Allow to cool and enjoy these Porkalicious Bites.
