Judd designed MASS Method's Flow Series movements to mimic the natural sequencing of the body segments during athletic movements. These movements are common across multiple sports and in real-life scenarios that safely and effectively enhance athleticism and functionality.
The Flow Series movements are intended to be performed early in workouts, before the primary athletic-based power movements. They serve as both a warmup and total body training with a heavy emphasis on core.
MASS Method and each Flow have the ability to be varied or altered to suit individual needs and limitations, which will be covered as the series progresses.
