For the recipes you will need:
Brined Roasted Chicken
For Brine:
1/4 cup of Salt
1/4 cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Green Seasoning
2 L of cold water
For the Oven Marinade:
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Dried Parsley (for post garnish)
Saffron Rice Pilaf
3 cups of rice (I used Jasmine)
3 cups of water
1 Chicken Bullion (vegetable bullion can be used to keep it vegan)
1/2 cup Red Pepper (Diced)
1/2 Medium Onion (Diced)
2 Tablespoons of Garlic (Diced)
1/4 Teaspoon of Saffron
