One problem we see when people first learn about the dumbbell snatch is they tend to focus on power first: throwing the dumbbell up as forcefully as possible, or jumping off the floor as hard as possible, and all of this leads to a whole host of inefficiencies.
In this video, I break down the dumbbell snatch by teaching you how to focus on *precision* first and power second. I take you step by step exactly how we'd coach someone in-person. You should find it super manageable and easy to attain!
