Picked up this Stihl TS400 Cut Off Saw from a garage clear, looks to have water damage. The engine is now seized, now the Stihl TS400 Wont Start. Can we take this junk Stihl TS400 cut of saw and rebuild it, with new parts and get this cut off saw working once again.
