Manisha is the only child of a wealthy widower, Barrister Vikas Anand. Manisha falls in love with her classmate Ajay. She takes Ajay to meet her father ,who approves of him. However, Ajay asks for a period of three years from Manisha and her father to establish himself before marriage. Mr. Anand gets impressed and lets Ajay go. Ajay keeps Manisha updated with his growth story but suddenly disappears after the completion of three years. Will Manisha be able to find Ajay and teach him a lesson for hurting her centiments.
