If your still struggling, you might want to see if either your rotations are at their best or if its that your team isn't fit for the boss. Some Dps characters you can use are Ayaka, Hu Tao, Raiden Shogun and Eula. These Characters are good for the Ruin Serpent as they provide high burst Dps in quick succession. Fishcl, Xingqiu, Yelan or any other of field sub dps are good options to go with your main Dps too. Do what you think is best!
