ShipBob's CLO Todd Bills provides updates on ShipBob's fulfillment operations as we prepare for the holiday peak season. Here are some highlights:
–As of November 24, 2020, all fulfillment center locations are open and operating at full capacity. We've also implemented additional precautionary measure to ensure our employees stay safe and we remain open.
—ShipBob is closed November 26 to observe Thanksgiving Day.
—We have added a temporary +1 business day extension to the following SLAs: Outbound B2C orders, approved kitting projects, and B2B orders from 11/27 (Black Friday) to 12/8 (the day before our holiday cutoff for Standard Shipping to ensure delivery by Christmas)
—We've been working closely with our carrier partners to make sure packages get shipped out on time. Watch the video to get an update on holiday carrier cutoff dates and learn more about how we're processing and shipping orders at a timely fashion including new technology put in place.
