• Medium-sized Prawn/Shrimp (Chingri Mach)--15 Pcs. [Marinated with Salt+Turmeric-Powder & Fried Light Brown coloured]
• Rice-Bran Oil – As Per Needs
• Panch Foron (mix of mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds & nigella or onion seeds) — 1 Pinch
• Slitted Green Chilli (Majhkhan Diye Chera Sobuj-Lonka) – 4 Pcs.
• Big size Chopped-Onion (Kuchano Peyaj) – 1 Pcs.
• Turmeric Powder (Holuder Guro) – ½ Tsp.
• Coriander Powder (Dhoner Guro) – ½ Tsp.
• Cumin Powder (Jirer Guro) – ½ Tsp.
