Outside windshield cleaning is a subject that comes up a lot during summer time. During this time of the year, many car owners' windshield gets coded in a sticky substance, sort of a cloudy and hazy substance.
What it can be, is actually it can be the drippings from the trees. It's more like a sweat that comes off of the trees.
When you use your glass cleaner, which usually works great, it doesn't do the job. What we have found is that if you take some Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol, put it liberally on to a paper towel, give the windshield a good rub and let it dry. Maybe do it a second time.
Then follow up with your favorite glass cleaner. It will clean your windshield and take that tacky, cloudy and hazy substance right off the windshield.
