In this video I chamfer the ports, check flatness of cylinder head, and cylinder. Then a ball hone to plateau the surface of the previous honing, and to chamfer the ports left and right on the vertical portions of the ports. Then assemble the top end with a new piston, rings, pin, upper bearing, and pin clips. Then I set the points and timing at 1.8mm btdc.
