Strategic Uncertainty | Learning From The Future

We need to formulate a strategy during an uncertain future by using strategic foresight. Running multiple future scenarios allows companies and teams to improve their ability to operate in the present.

How to run a simulation scenario:
1. Invite the right people to participate
2. Identify assumptions, drivers, and uncertainties.
3. Imagine the plausible, but dramatically different, futures
4. Inhabit those futures
5. Isolate strategies that will be useful across multiple possible futures.
6. Implement those strategies
7. Ingrain the process
