Documenting my attempts to build a fully functioning MSX compatible computer on a breadboard. In this video I've decided to use a GAL 22V10 programmable logic chip to handle the address decoding for memory and I/O, in preparation for the UART, AY-8912 sound chip and TMS9918 video chip that will be added in later videos.
I walk through the process of configuring the GAL, from encoding the logic to flashing the chip.
In the video I'm using an ATF22V10C and am programming it with a MiniPro TL866II+ EPROM programmer.
