On 1st February, Cardiff University launched its new mental health Campaign: What’s on your mind? #LetsShare, encouraging us all to share more about mental health, as a way to support our own wellbeing, to support other people and to help beat the stigma which still surrounds this area.

Ruth Hunt, Chief Executive of Stonewall, an LGBT+ rights organisation which fights for acceptance without exception, offers her support for the #LetsShare Campaign….
