How to mount Knife handles or scales with a tight bolster seam. In this video we demonstrate how to mount scales to a full tang knife and end up with tight seams between the scales and the bolsters. We used walnut knife handles or scales and brass bolsters for this knife making demonstration but the same technique can be used regardless of materials. The Northgard technique takes a little more time due to curing time of the epoxy but the process is actually easier.
