This is a very simple and delicious tofu recipe that uses marmite. This is a very healthy dish where the tofu is baked instead of being fried. Ingredients
250g firm tofu OR Vegetarian Tofu Slices
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp sweet soya sauce
1 tbsp thin soya sauce
1 tsp marmite
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 red chili, sliced
Spring onions, chopped
3 tbsp cooking oil
Ramuan
250g tauhu keras ATAU Kepingan Tahu
3 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu besar kicap pekat
1 sudu besar kicap cair
1 sudu kecil marmite
1 sudu besar gula perang
1/2 cili merah, dihiris
Daun bawang, dihiris
3 sudu besar minyak masak
