If you are having PCOS and you are on metformin and you are not able to conceive, then you have to resort to ovulation inducing drugs. But you don’t want to use any drug here. So the best way to get your cycles regular and spontaneous ovulation is to exercise. Because exercise is going to bring down your insulin resistance and, makes your cycle regular. So make sure you work out atleast an hour per day along with healthy diet habits. So you should completely cut off junk food, switch over to high water content. At least 2 – 3 liters of fluid per day. More of fruits, vegetables and low calorie food. So a combination of exercise and diet should be able to get you the regular cycles. So if this doesn’t work, then the next step is the ovulation inducing drugs.
