Tonjiru is one of my favorite Japanese soups. It looks like a kind of miso soup you get at Japanese restaurants, but it is totally different thing. Lot of root veges, miso and some fat from pork belly create amazing aroma and umami tastiness!

Daikon radish 4oz
Carrot 4oz
Gobo burdock 4oz
Satoimo Japanese taro 4oz
Shimeji mushroom 4oz
Green onion 2oz
Pork Belly 6oz

Water 1,000ml
Tsuyu concentrate 100ml
Miso 2oz
