Ingredients :
Chocolate Sponge Cake :
9 inch cake tin
All purpose flour - 2 cup
cocoa powder - ½ cup
castor sugar - 2 cup
baking powder - 3 tsp
Egg - 6
vanilla essence - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 cup
Milk - ½ cup
hot coffee - ½ cup
(hot water - ½ cup,instant coffee - 2 tsp)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 - 40 min.
For icing :
Whipping cream - 2 cup
vanilla essence - 2 tsp
powdered sugar - ½ - ¾ cup
Roasted almonds and cashewnuts.
Chocolate ganache :
grated chocolate - 1 cup
whipping cream - ¾ cup
