long grain basmati rice soaked for 20 mins 2.5 cups
water 4.25 cups (150% of rice)
green peas 3 cups
garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
ginger paste 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp for peas and 1 tbsp for rice
cumin seeds 1 tbsp
cloves 7,8
B.pepper corns 1 tsp
black cardamoms 3
cinamin sticks 2,3
bay leaves 2,3
green chillis roughly chopped 3,4
onion 1 large thinly sliced
ginger 2 inch piece julian
oil or ghee 1 cup
