Hey guys! So this is my weight loss journey and transformation story. I talk through what I would suggest doing/ not doing and what I learned along the way to help you guys who are on or starting your weight loss journey.
It wasn’t an easy one nor am I at the end of it, but I’ve learnt a hell of a lot! Hope this helps at least one of you. :)
