This is the Deland police department in Florida. This is based around an internal investigation into one of their officers Damon Clark (ClarkD@deland.org) made by fellow officers. These allegations involve juveniles at a local high school and female crime victims. Many feel he has displayed predatory behavior and has a documented history to support that.
It has been our mission to make as many people aware of these allegations and the internal investigation report because Damon Clark remains an officer with the department.
Among other methods, I have placed my own copies of this 21 page report in the lobby of the department for the public to read. For some reason among all of the things in the lobby for the public to read and review for “some reason” the department repeatedly removed this report from the lobby and only this report. I have replaced it countless times. The department has cameras in this lobby from which they have released footage from as public record until this point.
Captain Prurince Dice (DiceP@deland.org) contacted me to inform me that while they have released footage from these cameras they have just now decided to no longer release footage from these cameras.
It is the feeling of many that they have now chosen this route because the footage will show members of this department removing my property which would indicate they want to limit the number of citizens to learn of these disturbing allegations.
Captain Dice eventually agreed to meet with me to discuss this matter but he suddenly notified me that he no longer wanted to have this meeting before it could take place. The same day I encountered him outside the department and this video picks up there.
I decided to publish the entire raw uncut encounter for full transparency and because that’s what the majority of you requested.

***As always if you do choose to reach out to any member of this department or any department to redress your grievances as is your right remember that you will be seen by the department as a representative of the community of truth, accountability and transparency seekers. Many law enforcement agencies attempt to discredit and demonize that community any chance they get sometimes by bending truth and reality or showing only small bits of info. While it is your right to speak freely as you wish I would personally ask that you act in a manner that continues to show us as “the bigger person” and we can be extremely firm and concise while remaining cordial and matter of fact.
