- 1 Cup Soya Granules (सोया बड़ी के टुकड़े)
- 2 Tsp Soy Sauce (सोय सॉस)
- 1/2 Cup Roasted Chickpea (भुनी हुई चना दाल)
- 1 Medium Onion (प्याज़)
- 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट)
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
- A pinch of Turmeric (हल्दी)
- 3/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मीर्च पाउडर)
- 2 Tbsp Coriander & Mint (धनिया और पुदीना)
- 1/4 Tsp Green Cardamom Powder (हरी इलाइची पाउडर )
- Oil (तेल)
- Salt (नमक)
