This is a build many had theorized since Radiation Melee was added to the game in i25 on the Homecoming servers. I did not want to make a video until I was completely finished slotting. I can add some enhancement boosters to some of this and grind my last few T3 Incarnates to T4s but otherwise the build is 100% done and I have the 4 core passive Accolades. I cover some concepts in the video but my goal was 90% S/L resist and I achieved it.

The music is all from an Octopath Traveler arrangement album by FamilyJules7x, which I bought. I highly recommend taking a break from CoH to play Octopath and to buy the album in delicious FLAC glory.
