Two months of not traveling has felt like a decade, y'all. When I don't have any travel plans lined up (AKA when I need to save money to travel again), I like to explore towns right outside of the city. In April, we rented an Airbnb two hours north of NYC in a little town called High Falls. Aside from it being the best Airbnb ever (cozy vibes all around), there was also so much to do around town! We hiked to a waterfall in Minnewaska State Park, ate locally made cheesecake, and went cider tasting. It was a perfect weekend. And just what I needed, even if it was too short.
