This is a super easy way to enjoy beef short ribs that will definitely be a favorite for the whole family. The ingredients are simple:
- Angus beef short ribs
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- Dried minced garlic
- Hellman's mayo
- Paprika
- Apple cider vinegar
- Beef broth
- Clarified bacon grease (or beef tallow if you have it)
This is smoked at 250 degrees for about five hours over lump charcoal and post oak wood chunks.
