Despite being killed by Palpatine in mere seconds, Jedi Master Kit Fisto was infact one of the most talented light saber weilders in the galaxy. A master of the most ancient light saber form, form 1, kit Fisto was a master at holding off serveral opponents at once. This approach also allowed for impeccable defence against weilders of serveral light sabers, demonstrated by his near defeat of Grevious during the clone wars. He was also a master of under water combat. He heavily utilised the force to create powerful water currents and modified his saber to work underwater. His defeat by Palpatine was not a fair fight. His powers and light saber style were not well suited against one opponent using the aggressive form 7 light saber form, especially not on dry land.
