📝 Ingredients & Instructions
👨🏽🍳 Ingredients:
* Corn Tortillas, Flour Burrito Tortilla, Flour Taco Tortilla
* 1 tbs. Olive Oil
* 2 tsp Salt
* 1 Onion
* 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef (90/10)
* 1/4 Cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
* 2 tbs. Plain Greek Yogurt
* 1 Diced Tomato
* Shredded Lettuce
📍 Instructions:
1. Bake the lightly oiled & salted corn tortillas in the over @ 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, flipping half-way through - removing & setting aside for later
2. Sauté chopped onion, & brown & season your lean ground beef - removing from the heat when it’s cooked
3. Soak, & wring out paper towel to cover & steam your burrito, & taco sized tortillas in the microwave for 30-45sec. each
4. Plate a steamed burrito tortilla, & add beef & cheese, top it with your baked corn tortilla, add Greek yogurt, tomato, lettuce, more beef, & more cheese, & top it with a taco sized tortilla
5. Fold the burrito sized tortilla over top & into the center
6. Place the folded side down first on your preheated pan to seal & toast before flipping to do the same
7. Plate the toasted Crunchwrap
8. Enjoy!
