Friends, the weekend has been quite busy and I have to say while I feel bad that I did this challenge during a time when I was not going to be home for 10 days cooking for you, in the end I kind of am happy because we all get busy and we all have parties and events that take us places where we may feel like we are not going to get through it without indulging in a carb or so.
Hopefully you saw that was not the case for me. I managed through many a fast food...McDonalds, Wendy's, Arby's at the least maybe some others I don't recall. To Go at Stone Summit with two orders of Wings which got me 3 meals. A lunch at an award winning BBQ joint where I took my sides home to give away and just ate my burnt ends...two meals from that. My husband and I were not home long enough for preparing any food except the morning I left when he cooked bacon. I also ate pulled pork at the ball game.
What challenges have you faced in general over the past 8 days, please share below.
