The call and sounds of Black Currawongs in Tasmania's rainforest. The song of the Black Currawong (Strepera fuliginosa) is an evocative sound of the Tasmanian wilderness. The loud, clanging, musical notes ‘kar-week-kar, kar-week-week-kar’ can often be heard ringing out across mountain valleys.
The Black Currawong calls in this video spectrogram were recorded in the Leven River Valley, Tasmania. More examples of wildlife sounds and bird calls can be found on my website [ Ссылка ]
