Outgoing President Ram Nath Kovind on Saturday urged political parties must rise above a partisan approach and work with the spirit of "nation first". At his farewell function in the Central Hall of Parliament, he said that he remains eternally grateful to the people of India and for giving him an opportunity to serve the country as President.
