Colon is nothing but large intestine colitis is inflammation of the colon. You have to have plenty of oral fluids in general a person should observe if what sort of diet and what part of the our diet causes symptoms for that particular person and he can avoid it or reduce it. That's a better method than having a list of dietary things which should be taken or should not be taken.
