Operations at MGM Resorts begin to recover following a cyberattack that impacted several of its systems at properties earlier this week, but guests continue to experience the fallout.
Most slot machines are operating again but some continue to inform visitors they’re out of service. Guests who win must now notify an attendant for a cashout.
“Probably took an hour until we cashed out and it was just tedious, having to wait an hour for just a simple cash out,” Marcos Moreno who is visiting from Oklahoma said.
Others didn’t need to wait as long on Friday inside the Bellagio as attendants walked around the floor to assist guests.
