I couldn't find anyone that produced replacement bushings for my NYPPD (Torque Solution clone) motor mount. The only ones I could find were very hard 95A bushings that I had to retrofit. I decided to cast my own 80A bushings using high performance liquid urethane in a 3D printed PETG mold I designed. I cured them in a dedicated craft oven for 18 hours at 150°F, and the results turned out great.
If you do decide to cast your own bushings, you do so at your own risk. Please make sure you are comfortable with this process and that you know what you are doing. Read and follow all the safety information and instructions provided with the liquid urethane and do not use your food oven with the liquid urethane.
