Prince Charles put his dancing shoes on to do the Hokey Cokey with disabled children in Sri Lanka. The Prince of Wales joined hands with children in a music class at the MENCAFEP school for mentally handicapped children in Nuwara Eliya. Wearing a garland of orchids he danced along as they sang the traditional Hokey Cokey song, he carried on with the dance for several verses. Report by Andrea Lilly.
