Prep:
-Wash and dry your russet potatoes.
-Use a fork to poke holes in the potatoes.
-Cover the potatoes in olive oil and sprinkle kosher salt on them.
-Set air fryer to 400f.
-Air fry the potatoes for 45 min.
-Remove potatoes from the air fryer, serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
